Light feminine habits that exchanged my negative internal perspectives to positive perspectives of self.




Hello lovely ✨💕😄 I thought it would be essential to start the year off lightly, being intention and kind, with others but most importantly YOU. These tips you may use as a guide however overtime it will come to you naturally.



Speak to yourself intentionally with kindness

Don’t speak to yourself with such harsh words, instead speak with pure compassion and tenderness. No you’re not dumb, irrelevant or stupid. You’re human and you’re learning. Be mindful of your loved ones feelings when you speak.


Priorities emotional well-being, let yourself FEEL your emotions.  

When dealing with emotions or even for the first time, becoming aware of them and how you feel, it's important to sit with this emotion or even pain r brings. Let it out, your body needs to release whatever it is your feelings to fully let go and move forward. You need this, please try to let go. Sit with it, accept it, let go and grow from it





Slow down

Drop the plans for a change and go with the flow, you can't control everything girl. Take a step back, nap, remove your digital footprint for a while, meditate. I won't lie, I think a lot of feminist are lying because this hustle culture is going too far, i believe it works a lot of the ladies up to be masculine, something we are already seeing, witnessing. You become more present and mindful when you deliberately slow down your days and your life.


Youth is key

Be playful with yourself because not everything needs to be taken to the T. Spend time with younger siblings and become intrigued with their curiosity, play with pets also. take time to go back to happy moments that brang purity to your hearts.


My guilty pleasure is watching anime or cartoons from when I was younger, they bring back memories and a grin to my face. SUCH NOSTALGIA😭


The most important thing about femininity is that there is a pure youth within it that I believe should be celebrated. Femininity should be celebrated always! such a powerful force that a lot of women don't even know how to use, maintain or control.


Learning is infinite 

Be open, ask questions there is no such thing as a stupid question, be curious. Show up with commitment and consistency every time. Learn about YOU and get deep so the point no one can correct your character. Learn more about the history surrounded by you, this is a huge lesson I have learnt growing up, if you can understand history, the world cannot be yours.


Decorate your space

Surround your space with things that make you fold, feel over the moon about. Pinterest is great for scrolling creative ideas, hang ro sticking these pictures on your wall. Make your space your own aesthetic, pleasing base. I advise not to fill your room up with too many soul-less things, however if you're more in tune with being a maximalist, do you boo. Just make it look sexci💁🏽



Take time for nature

It's essential we revert back to our roots in some way.

  • take a walk in the park
  • touch the leaves
  • listen to the birds for refreshing moments
  • wholesome activities such as picnics
  • sitting on rocks by the river nearby
  • step outside, watch the rain beat the floor
  • plant a flower, vegetables
You can even learn valuable lessons from nature and discover metaphors that help us connect to our spirituality. The changes of seasons reflect the peaks and valleys we pass through in life.


Play soothing, vibrationally high music

Listen to music that doesn't promote violence, bad words and negative energy otherwise it will manifest in your life. Listen to soothing sounds, Hz, music that helps you stay focused, aware and keeps your mind at ease.


Music is spiritual and should not be messed with. in this time we are in there spiritual war going on and music is at its lowest... vibration🗣 Before the new year I drew the line with these new rap artists, nothing they bark about touches my soul, nothing compared to some good 90's-00's jams.


Make healthy, nourishing meals

Prioritise your health, cook meals that are good for your body and well being. Everything starts in the gut and your mood and mind are impacted by the foods you ingest. Learn to create new tasty recipes that in return give you high vibrations.

✨High value girls invest in their health to get the best goddess energy. 


Let go of what doesn't serve you

Seek for a harmonious environment, don't argue back, less worrying.. Let the universe handle it. When you let go of something that no longer serves you, you can become liberated and uplifted. By doing so, you create a space for new, more beneficial things to enter your life. When you let go of whatever weighs you down, you become free and light.


Final thoughts
