Have you ever told your bestie, family about something exciting happening in your life or will bring you joy, then suddenly their energy is off? They go silent? I can confirm that, that’s the love simmering down and jealousy entering the chat room.

God is the friend of silence, step outside and pree how nature, the trees, flowers and grass, grows in silence. Always move in silence, never question your faith.

It’s hard also, especially when social media is everywhere and it is practically by force now. We live in a time where oversharing is the new weakness. We are in a society where a simple text or image can spark undoable emotional reactions.

Not broadcasting your every move is so cringe and unnecessary, it’s asking for attention, looking for validation. An easy feel better boost or dopamine boost. You can’t possibly be moving in silence, improving your life if you are constantly scrolling your Instagram feed, Twitter feed.
